| High Concentration Analyzers |

|
H1
|
gFFOZ | Mini-Hicon |
A common application for a high concentration ozone analyzer is to monitor and control ozone generator output. The required ozone purity, concentration, and output flow rate determine the requirements for both the ozone generator and the ozone analyzer. The ozone analyzer must accurately monitor and control the ozone generator output in order to provide reliable downstream process control and to ensure efficient ozone generator operation.
IN USA offers several analyzers to measure high ozone concentrations. All models use the proven UV (ultraviolet) absorption technique to make the measurement. Some models use IN USA's patented dual-path UV measurement technique, which has no moving parts and has revolutionized ozone measurement by virtually eliminating the need for a reference measurement.
Typical product features include:
Ozone
measurement from 0 to 900 g/m3
In-line/full-flow
or side-stream operation
Units
of measurement g/m3, g/Nm3, %w/w, %v/v, ppmv

| Off Gas Analyzers |

| Mini HiCon with built-in SC010 | SC010 Sample System |
The measurement of ozone in off-gas is challenging, primarily because the off-gas
sample is wet and saturated with water vapor. IN USA offers several analyzers
and sampling conditioning systems that can continuously monitor ozone concentration
in off-gas and provide automatic control of equipment, such as ozone generators
and alarms. All analyzers use the proven UV (ultraviolet) absorption technique
to make the measurement. Some models use IN USA's patented dual-path UV measurement
technique, which has revolutionized ozone measurement by virtually eliminating
the need for a reference measurement.
In most off-gas applications, IN USA provides a complete sampling and conditioning system that:
draws
the sample gas into the analyzer, via built-in pump and flowmeter
removes
water droplets and mist from the sample
removes
water vapor and lowers the sample gas dew point
provides
continuous and low maintenance gas sampling
Typical product features include:

| Safety Analyzers |

| IN-2000 | L2RM | AET |
Above certain concentration levels, ozone is a toxic and corrosive gas. Therefore,
the need to detect ozone leaks in the workplace and to measure ambient (TLV)
ozone levels to meet OSHA requirements. Ozone safety analyzers and leak detectors
are typically used in areas around ozone generators, gas chambers, vent gas
(post-destruct) systems, gas delivery systems, and inside semiconductor tools.
IN USA offers a complete line of analyzers to measure ambient ozone and detect ozone leaks to meet OSHA requirements. Also available is a portable, battery-operated ozone spot checker that features a solid-state ozone sensor. All other models use the proven UV (ultraviolet) absorption technique to make the measurement. UV absorption is specific to ozone, provides stable readings at the low end and requires no consumables. Some models employ a patented ratiometric ozone measurement technique that pinpoints the exact location of a leak in applications with several potential leak sources.
Typical product features include:

| Dissolved Ozone Analyzers |

| dFFOZ-TR | dFFOZ | W1 |
Whether the application involves the measurement of dissolved ozone in ultrapure
water or in wastewater, IN USA has several dissolved ozone analyzers to meet
the requirements. IN USA's dissolved ozone analyzers measure ozone from ppb
levels up to 150 ppm or more. Some models are designed for ozone measurement
in ultrapure and deionized water (or other liquids) and can be installed in-line
in a full-flow, single pass or recirculating stream. Other models are ideal
for harsh and dirty applications such as wastewater or other liquids with large
amounts of particulates. In this case, a side-stream measurement is ideal for
sampling.
All models use the proven UV (ultraviolet) absorption technique to make the measurement. UV absorption is specific to ozone and provides stable readings, even at ppb levels. It also features the benefits of simple operation and easy maintenance, since it requires no consumables. Some models use IN USA's patented dual-path UV measurement technique, which has revolutionized ozone measurement by virtually eliminating the need for a reference measurement.
Typical product features include:
Ozone
measurement from ppb levels to 150 ppm (or mg/l) or more
Flow
rates from less than 1 l/min to greater than 150 l/min
In-line

| Ozone Destruct Systems |

IN USA's advanced design ozone destruct systems eliminate excess ozone in off-gas produced in a wide variety of applications, including: semiconductor wafer manufacturing; municipal water; ultrapure water; wastewater treatment; corona treatment; and chemical processing.
IN USA's ozone destruct systems use a catalyst to decompose ozone to safe levels via the exothermic conversion of ozone (O3) to oxygen (O2). Our systems can handle inlet ozone concentrations from 1 to 20% by weight, and are designed to meet and exceed OSHA/TLV requirements to ensure workplace safety.
For special applications, IN USA can provide alternative ozone destruct systems, including thermal destruct units.
