PulsFlow

PulsFlow measures in all conducting and non-conducting liquids of very low to very solid material portions.
With the new pulse ultrasonic technology, electronic flow measurement is optimised. Over one thousand short ultrasonic impulse bundles per second are transmitted in the meduim.
Using transit-time measurement of the reflection, the axial flow velocity is obtained. The flow is determined by a defined characteristic curve function accounting for the Reynolds factor and nomial width.
The PulsFlow can be installed without process interruption and in pipes of various materials. With PulsFlow you achieve economical and reliable flow measurements under different conditions.

Fluxus® ADM 6725

An easy understandable interactive user dialogue leads to the required flow measurements in a short period of time. Wealso make all possible efforts to eliminate operating mistakes duringthe step-by-step set up procedure.
The calibrated sensors have automatic parameter transfer to the transmitter unit, which facilitates easy operation avoiding installation errors. As a result, the unit provides reliable and accurate measurement results without the necessity of a zeroing procedure.

OCM E

The stationary flow measurement type OCM E is the follow up of the OCM D. Unlike the OCM D it has an additional second, free programmable analog output as well as a frontside keyboard, which eliminates the necessity of a separate handprogrammer's use to operate and observe the transformer. The former 2 space display was replaced by a 4 space back lit display, allowing for reading the measurement results and the device conditions is even possible under bad lighting conditions.

Measurement without cross section changes in existing profiles
Measurement accuracy independent from medium and conductivity
Programming per frontside keyboard or laptop
Galvanic isolation between input and output power supply
Inputs :
1 x 4-20mA for water level
2 x flow velocity
1 x 0/4-20mA for external control set point value
Outputs:
2 x 0/4-20mA, volume, velocity or height proportional
Relays:
4 x 1A/24V free programmable
