With a very efficient digital signal processor (DSP), the OCM Pro measures the velocities at various distances and heights and then CO-relates them with a patented digital flow pattern recognition system. From this, a real 3-D flow profile is calculated which can also be displayed on a PC. A user friendly, menu-driven dialog system with a large back lit graphics LCD display and a full alphanumeric membrane keyboard, makes the OCM Pro a very simple system to program and operate. The internal storage of all measurements over a longer time period, by means of an optional plugable flash memory card or by modem, data transmission is also possible on a PC.
The sensor is a hydrodynamically shaped self shedding sensor that can be mounted on the bottom of the open channel or partially filled pipe or an insertion type for full filled pipes.

OCM EM flow monitoring systems is a AC powered system consisting of a level sensor (hydrostatic pressure or air ultrasonic) and a fully birectional ultrasonic velocity sensor.
OCM EM has a menu driven membrane keypad and LC display for programming and status check, and can be programmed for any pipe and channel shape and size including flumes and weirs.
The OCM EM comes with an internal 64K data logger, with an optional modem for data transmission.
